Principles
Guidelines on Corruption

Employees, supervisors, members of the Board of Directors, and Managing Directors of inaffect AG and its subsidiaries that are wholly or majority-owned (collectively, the “Company”) must refrain from any form of bribery or corruption, regardless of their nationality, place of residence, or location. All Company-controlled joint ventures must implement similar anti-bribery policies.

Applicable anti-corruption laws also prohibit corrupt payments made by third parties acting on behalf of our Company, including suppliers, distributors, agents, consultants, and contractors.
